Small town values have influenced Ingebritson from the 1970's when he worked for the highly regarded District Judges of Hennepin County to his current efforts on behalf of persons and families who have suffered loss.
As a national Designated Legal Counsel for railroad track workers (BMWE), locomotive engineers (BLE), carmen and clerks (TCU), and electrical workers (IBEW), Ingebritson has successfully represented hundred of injured railroad workers across the United States.
He's attracted national attention in cases as diverse as the return of Tony Oliva's silver American League batting Champion bat, to a record-setting verdict in a pediatric meningitis case. His inventiveness has lead to successful recoveries for the loss of life and income, as well as accident injuries involving railroad crossings, automobiles, water craft, ATV's, product liability and professional negligence.
